How do I select more than 500 rows from search?

To select more than 500 rows from search you should use the “Select first” drop down that is above the search table as shown below. This follows the search criteria and selects more data based on that criteria. Note that search default is to show the newest data by start date so if you do not specify further in your search then a selection of 1,000 datalogs will be the 1,000 newest by start date in line with your search criteria.

When you click on the dropdown you will see options for 1,000 to 20,000 rows by default. If more rows are required then contact yieldHUB support. It may be possible on your server to increase this.

The bottom option on the menu is for “All (664 results)” in the example screenshot. This number is populated when a search option of “Return total results count” is ticked as shown below.
