It is imperative to help make our customers as successful as possible. This is the key to continued growth and profitability for any technology company. Many of MFG Vision’s customers are ambitious multinationals and it is clear that they need a strong advocate within our company to make sure their growing additional needs are realised in a very competitive world.

With this in mind, from today Kevin Robinson will transfer to the role of Director of Customer Success, continuing to report to me.

This is a critical position at this phase of the company and Kevin and his team will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, establishing trust as a strategic advisor and valued contact. Kevin will be advocating for each customer for needs/issues and at the same time helping customers discover better ways to use our products.

Kevin leaves a strong legacy in Sales and Marketing for the company and I will be taking over that role for the time being.

So if you are a customer of ours you will be contacted by Kevin shortly and if you are considering being a customer, you can be assured that once you’re on board as a customer you will be looked after not just when you sign-up, but right through your time as an MFG Vision customer.
